First, we would like to thank you for visiting our store and shopping with us! Here at C & J Creations LLC, we are a family owned business based out of North Carolina! All items currently are made here in house by us and made to order. Items are shipped by us as well to manage quality control and retain customer satisfaction. We use only high quality DTF prints (direct-to-film) on our apparel and high quality polyester embroidery threads on our embroidery designs. All items are made to order especially embroidered items. Embroidered items will require additional time as they are more intricate and require a longer process to produce.

Product Description
The Sportsman 12" Solid Knit Beanie offers unmatched comfort and style. Crafted from 100% acrylic or a soft acrylic/polyester blend, this beanie has an adjustable 3" cuff and 12" knit to ensure an optimal fit for all. Customers rave about its versatility, softness, and how well it maintains after customizing.
- 100% acrylic knit
- Heather Charcoal is 80/20 polyester/ acrylic
- Heather Grey is 62/38 acrylic/ polyester
- Other Heather colors are 50/50 acrylic/ polyester
- Adjustable cuff, shown as 3"

Return & Exchange Policy
- All items are custom-made: therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- In the event there are any errors with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Washing Embroidered Beanies
- Machine wash: Use a delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and brighteners. Turn the item inside out. Remove immediately after the cycle ends.
- Hand wash: Soak in cold water and mild detergent for 15–20 minutes, then rinse. Avoid rubbing the embroidery directly.

Drying: We recommend air drying your beanie for best results. Our polyester embroidery thread is durable but excessive heat can cause material shrinkage and possible damage to the design from making contact with other objects in the dryer including the dryer itself.

Check for loose threads before washing and make sure any loose threads are secured.
- Avoid steam and ironing directly on the embroidery.
- Be cautious with certain items placed along with embroidered items in the wash. Don't wash embroidered items with zippers or buttons that could snag the embroidery or the beanie itself causing damage.
- Lastly, It's okay to spot treat any stains, but avoid scrubbing the embroidery directly. Skip any harsh additives like bleach and brighteners. Turn the embroidered item inside out before washing.
